Join Knapp Vineyard Manager, Jim Bond as he guides us through an introductory class on pruning (one of the most important steps in creating great grapes and wine. The first part of the session will start indoors and then we'll move outdoors where you'll prune some of Knapp's vines. We'll end with some socializing around a fire pit with wine, spiked hot chocolate, and some food (S'mores?). Drinks, light fare & all supplies included in the class.
Put your knowledge to work right in the vineyard followed by a campfire of s’mores and spiked hot chocolate!
